Tools/Supplies Needed:

• Adobe Photoshop
• computer
• image

Procedure:

• first start by picking a photo you want to use for create a chrome effect
• make a copy of the image layer by dragging it down to the "new layer" tool, which will make a copy of the image layer
• now this step is optional, but does make the process a little easier and less confusing
• label the above layer as "body".
• make the "base" layer invisible, then selected the "polygonal lasso" tool
• make sure you have the "body" layer selected, using the "polygonal lasso" tool to select the portions of the image you don't want to color such as the lights, windows, wheels, background, etc and delete
• go to image/adjustments/exposure and increase the exposure value to a higher value which is to your liking
• then adjust the gamma to a lower value to your liking
• go to image/adjustments/brightness and contrast and adjust the contrast to your liking along with brightness as well
• once you are satisfied with your image, you are ready save and you're done
