Tools/Supplies Needed:

• Adobe Photoshop
• computer
• image

Procedure:

• create a new document
• first start by designing an image of your choice
• this can be a logo, text, image, overlay for photos, watermark for a video, etc
• make the "background" layer invisible
• select the image layer
• then selected the "polygonal lasso" tool to delete the background of the image do you not want shown anymore
• the magic eraser can also be used to help delete the background
• if you want to add a shadow to a portion of the image, double click on the layer
• select the drop shadow option
• select a background color
• adjust the opacity, blend mode, distance, size, etc to your liking
• once finished saved your image
• go to file/save as
• type in file name and select format as a png file
